**Job Summary**:
The **Experience Coordinator **is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives and staff members at all times

Now, if you were to come on board as our **Experience Coordinator**, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Champion client tailored customer service program
- Lead event coordination of small and large-scale events for the campus or community
- Coordinate and manage campus-wide communications via client mobile app, intranet site, digital screens, and analog content boards
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors
- Provide high-level internal and external customer support
- Greet employees and visitors, escort all VIP guests
- Ensure daily optimal workspace occupancy
- Share information about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest
- Handle daily signage requirements for guest wayfinding
- Maintain building visitor list by managing the access badge process
- Weekly and daily communication with Experience Team
- Operate telecommunication systems and manage incoming calls
- Restock supplies daily throughout the reception and storage room
- Provide general travel support
- Have direct oversight of on-site destination amenities and where applicable, manage the reservation of those spaces
- Work closely with facilities, local technology, and other workplace departments
- Carry out instructions for security, fire, health and safety guidelines
- Conduct opening and closing walkthroughs when business requires
- Full understanding of security procedures

- Five years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience in client relationship management
- Previous experience in event planning and execution
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, analytically inclined and a team player
- Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet frequent deadlines
- Strong business acumen & professionalism
- Excellent listening and oral communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of office technology / equipment
