**Position Overview (this is a 6 month contract role)**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant** to provide operational and administrative support to our **Non-Brokered Private Placement (NBPP)** team. This role requires strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the team by coordinating day-to-day operational activities.
- Assist with **Non-Brokered Private Placement (NBPP) package preparation**, including:
- Conducting AI checks- Pulling approval memos- Drafting client letters- Preparing and organizing subscription documents (subs)
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and filed appropriately.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.
- Support workflow efficiency by ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups to assist with Credit approvals and Compliance reviews.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in financial services or administrative support is an asset.
