Retail Logistics & EDI Coordinator (Sage 300 / SPS Commerce) — **Mandarin Required** (Cantonese an Asset)

About the role
We’re a national retail supplier working with Canada’s largest grocery chains. You’ll run day-to-day customer operations: adjusting retail POs, coordinating carriers, creating picking slips/labels/invoices in Sage 300 (Accpac), invoicing through SPS Commerce (EDI), and keeping our retail partners informed with clear inventory reporting. This role also supports our Mandarin-speaking restaurant clients with daily invoicing.
**Why Mandarin?** Many of our clients and partners communicate in Mandarin. Fluency is required to perform essential duties. Cantonese is a plus.
What you’ll do
- Communicate weekly with retailer logistics contacts to **adjust PO quantities and delivery dates**, confirm changes in writing.
- Create **picking slips, pallet labels, and invoices in Sage 300 (Accpac)** for all inbound POs; maintain error-free records.
- **Invoice shipped POs via SPS Commerce (EDI)**; reconcile ASNs and invoices; resolve portal exceptions.
- **Liaise with trucking companies** to book pickups, track ETAs, and manage delivery windows.
- Send **bi-weekly inventory reports** to retail partners; flag risks and recommend actions.
- **Daily invoicing** for Chinese-restaurant clients; provide Mandarin support.
- Investigate shortages/penalties; compile evidence and **pursue reimbursement** from carriers when at fault.
- Build and continuously improve SOPs, templates, and checklists.
What you bring
- 2-4+ years in **retail logistics / customer operations / EDI**.
- Hands-on **Sage 300 (Accpac)**: picking slips, labels, invoicing.
- **SPS Commerce** (or similar EDI portal) experience.
- **Fluent Mandarin** (spoken and written); **English** professional proficiency; **Cantonese** an asset.
- Strong Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), attention to detail, and calm communication with retailers, carriers, and warehouses.
Nice to have
- Experience disputing **retailer chargebacks/penalties**.
- Knowledge of big-box retailer portals and carrier portals.
- Prior work with inventory reporting and KPI dashboards.

- **Base salary**:$48,000/year**

- Monday-Friday, business hours, occasional flexibility around carrier pickups.

主要职责
- 每周与零售商物流联系人沟通,**调整 PO 数量与到货日期**,并以书面形式确认变更。
- 在 **Sage 300(Accpac)** 中为所有入库 PO **制作拣货单、托盘标签与发票**;确保记录零差错。
- 通过 **SPS Commerce(EDI)** 为已发货 PO **开票**;**核对 ASN 与发票**;处理门户异常。
- 与**运输公司**对接,预约提货、跟踪 **ETA(预计到达时间)**,并管理送货时间窗。
- 向零售合作伙伴发送**双周库存报告**;提示风险并给出建议行动。
- 为中文餐饮客户**每日开票**并提供普通话支持。
- 调查**短缺/罚款**等问题;收集证据并在承运商责任情况下**申请赔付**。
- 建立并持续优化 **SOP、模板与检查清单**。
任职要求
- **2-4 年以上**零售物流/客户运营/EDI 相关经验。
- 熟练 **Sage 300(Accpac)**:拣货单、标签、开票全流程。
- 具备 **SPS Commerce**(或同类 EDI 门户)经验。
- **普通话流利**(听说读写);具备专业商务英语;**会粤语更佳**。
- 较强的 **Excel** 能力(数据透视表、VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP),注重细节,能与零售商、承运商及仓库进行冷静清晰的沟通。

- 有与零售商**申诉/争议扣费(chargeback/penalties)**的经验。
- 了解大型零售商门户与承运商门户。
- 有**库存报告**与 **KPI 仪表盘**相关经验。
薪酬与福利
