- **Who we are looking for**:_
- We are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated and disciplined Billing and Administrative Clerk.
- Enthusiastic Individual with possession of excellent organizational and communication skills, strong work ethic and a background in the transportation industry will be an Asset.
- **Job Duties**:_
- Track, post, prepare, measure and report customer invoices and orders.
- Obtain Monthly reporting of account status, bills of lading, and cash receipts
Assist dispatch department with customer service and orders.
- Respond to customer requests, provide statements, invoice copies.
- General administrative responsibilities as required - document filing, matching invoices and billing.
- Prepare and scan POD's on a timely manner.
- Answer Phone calls on billing and invoices from customers when needed.
- **Profile**:_
- Post-Secondary Education.
- Administrative/Customer Service experience.
- Transportation/Logistics experience an asset.
- Excellent computer skills; knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Exceptional communication and written skills.

*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

*Strong analytical and organizational skills, detail oriented.

*Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
