We are currently seeking a Plant Manager for a Waste Transfer Station. Our client is a reputable waste management company committed to environmental sustainability and efficient waste processing.

As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client's Waste Transfer Station. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and ensure that waste management activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with environmental regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of the waste transfer station operations, including waste processing, sorting, transportation, and disposal activities.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and waste management guidelines.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce operational costs.
- Lead and motivate a team of operators, technicians, and administrative staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational objectives.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and safety checks to assess facility operations, equipment performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and local communities to address environmental concerns and maintain positive relationships.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, budgets, and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of waste volumes, processing activities, inventory levels, and operational expenditures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in waste management, recycling, or related industry, with demonstrated leadership and managerial skills.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, waste management practices, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with waste management software (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $110,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
