**Digital Technology Specialist**

**In a typical day, YOU will**:

- Implement communication flows for Webex Connect, including understanding needs for the system, designing the system and implementing best practices for unified communications deployments
- Design, configure and implement integration between the Webex Connect and other Enterprise systems for notification and communicating with customers interfacing with other technical teams as appropriate
- Monitor and resolve real time Webex Connect related issues for by providing technical support for current system and related enterprise components, referring service issues to IT or supporting vendors as required
- Developing, documenting, and communicating unified communications policies for process improvement, systems integration, disaster recovery, mobile devices, voice services, accessories, voice mail, etc.

**Must-haves for this role**:

- Experience working with Webex Connect & Engage Platform
- Experience with JSON, Java Script required
- Experience working with Voice over IP (VoIP) technical infrastructure, supporting Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connect, UCCX, Webex and Carriers
- Knowledge of IT network and deployment requirements and general processes
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Toromont Cat’s business, and of the general Caterpillar dealer business would be beneficial
