Digital Marketing Specialist

**Job Overview**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and support all backend and front‑end aspects of the Shopify store.
- Assist in developing and executing digital media strategies—display/retargeting, SEM, Google Ads, paid social—to boost traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Oversee agency performance metrics, recommend adjustments for optimization, and monitor Google Analytics.
- Conduct SEO/SEM analysis and propose initiatives to enhance site performance.
- Implement new advertising formats (e.g. Facebook Canvas, brand-awareness, lead-gen ads) and manage them effectively.
- Ensure Shopify site quality control—pixel tracking, error‑404 redirects, CRO best practices.
- Collaborate internally with social media, merchandising, and creative teams.
- Help design digital and social campaigns, analyze performance, and make optimization recommendations in real time.
- Support Ecommerce order fulfillment and Customer Care teams as needed.
**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
- BA degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- At least **3 years of digital marketing experience** across display, paid search, paid social, content, with strong data-driven focus.
- Proven expertise in performance marketing—running and optimizing campaigns in a digital-first environment.
- Shopify or similar backend experience **required**.
- Strong competency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and display/ad-network tools.
- Experience managing agency/vendor relationships and producing executive-level dashboards.
- Knowledge across desktop, mobile, and tablet digital channels.
- Solid business judgment and analytical skills with a sales-focused mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and adapt to change.
- Experience in fashion or e-commerce a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and some photography exposure are assets.
- Bilingual English/French skills considered an asset.
