What you'll own:
- Create outstanding client and staff experiences, building productive relationships.
- Managing the schedule for multiple staff
- Collecting Payments and billing 3rd party insurance
- Preparing and processing funding contracts
- creating a welcoming environment
- collaborate with clinicians and other admin staff
**What we’d like to see**:
- computer skills are required
- strong oral & written communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- good problem solving skills
- ability to work independently & as part of a team
- experience in customer service and/or reception
- experience with Jane software is a plus
- availability to work between the hours of 9-6 pm (Current schedule is M 1-6, T/W/Th/F 10-6)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
