**VRIFY is seeking a Strategic Advisor authorized to work in Canada who will work closely with mineral exploration and mining companies’ senior executives to**:

- Understand the mining and capital market challenges facing these companies, especially around the prioritization of exploration investments and the state and objectives of communications with the investor and stakeholder community.
- Leverage their technical expertise, data and corporate information assets to identify key messaging and build compelling storylines and powerful VRIFY presentations.
- Integrate VRIFY content into investor and stakeholder toolkits to inform and enhance capital market and investor strategies.

In this full-time role, you’ll leverage your significant mining or capital markets experience to ensure our clients have incredible content to share and know where in their investor engagement strategy it will have the greatest impact.

You are a futuristic thinker and strong communicator who is keen to own and build a multi-million dollar book of business and can juggle multiple clients and timelines simultaneously. You’re driven to confidently collaborate with senior mining executives, industry experts, investment banks, investor relations firms and VRIFY’s internal teams to deepen your knowledge of new domains and technologies.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Leveraging your mining network, build and grow strong relationships with predominantly Canadian but also wider North American mining entities and develop a long term book of business.
- Research and analyze the critical challenges facing each client and provide critical feedback on their storyline, investment and communication strategies.
- Gain and maintain an expert understanding of VRIFY’s suite of AI and Visualization products as well as best practices in our clients’ industry.
- Work with internal teams to understand client briefs and storyboards around which they can build and deliver exceptional content. Oversee and deliver multiple customer content projects in parallel.
- Develop a reputation as a Trusted Advisor to your clients, facilitating content review sessions, recommending investment and communication strategies and responding promptly to challenges with timely, informed and quality guidance.
- Advise clients on how to extract the most value out of their VRIFY engagement to drive adoption and long term retention.
- Build an advocacy network of clients and buy / sell-side investors to continuously promote the services and capabilities of VRIFY across the North American mining community.

**You should have**:

- 5+ years of experience in the investment landscape of mineral exploration/mining with a strong knowledge of capital markets.
- Experience working at an investment bank on the banking, research or sales teams with a specific focus on mining AND/OR
- Experience working at a mineral exploration/mining company in a corporate development, business analyst or investor relations role.
- An existing network of mining contacts within the North American mining community.
- A strong drive to build a new book of business from prospective clients and retain / grow revenues from existing clients.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills and an ability to convert critical information into powerful storyboards.
- A passion for driving value and delivering exceptional client content and experiences across a diverse group of client stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset, constantly thinking outside the box to employ creative solutions.
- Elite level decision-making, multi-tasking, verbal/written communication, and analytical skills.
- A strong drive for continued learning and growth.

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Experience working with or explaining AI models and/or 3D visualizations.
- A proven track record in a dynamic startup environment.
- A strong eye for design principles.
