**Responsibilities Include but are not limited to**:
**Customer Service**
- Provide world class customer service according to MB standards - listening actively and communicating in a straightforward manner to ensure high level satisfaction through excellence in service and follow up.
- Approaches the business with an ownership mentality.
- Partners with other leadership in the store to deliver on operational and sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional level of presentation through maintaining MB standards of cleanliness and merchandising; both with planograms and free flowing with established merchandising standards.
- Utilize high level conflict resolution skills to identify, address, and resolve any customer concerns.

**Job Knowledge**
- Able to think critically, problem solve, and make decision confidently at a fast pace in high pressure situations.
- Ensure established policies and procedures are followed to minimize safety concerns and product loss due to inventory shrink, theft, etc.
- Actively work with product - able to lift and carry 25kg without restriction, maximizing selling opportunities through stocking, replenishing, rotating, cleaning, assembling, displaying (including price labelling) and merchandising as per MB guidelines.
- Execute reductions, price changes, standard equipment checks, expiry audits, cycle counts, and all other MB routines and processes including administrative/management duties as directed.
- Perform all reporting and administrative duties per MB Standards as required i.e. Incident Reports, Cash Reporting, Health and Safety Audits, Employee Reviews/Corrective Actions, etc.

**General Requirements**
- Ability to work a flexible schedule - a commitment of 50% of weekends is required

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
