**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing daily operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain cash handling procedures.
- Support the recruitment process by participating in interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop sales strategies and meet business goals.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Train staff on company policies, procedures, and best practices for customer engagement.
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Must pass criminal records check
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
- Strong math skills for cash handling and financial transactions.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse customers.
- Proficient in customer service principles with a focus on building relationships.
- Experience in sales or retail environments is advantageous.
- Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and vendors.
- Must have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends or holidays as needed.
