**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead and supervise store staff, providing training and development to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage daily operations including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve store targets and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee budgeting and payroll processes to ensure financial efficiency within the store.
- Utilize POS systems effectively to manage transactions and track sales data.
- Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with upper management on administrative tasks, including reporting and compliance with company policies.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of retail management principles and practices.
- Proficient in budgeting, payroll management, and administrative tasks.
- Excellent training development skills to cultivate a knowledgeable team.
- Proven ability in sales management with a focus on achieving targets.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Experience in supervising staff in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology is preferred.
