The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring all aspects of running a safe, efficient, productive and profitable store are achieved. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the selection and training of all associates, the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing stock and compliance with all company policies and procedures. The Manager is also responsible for creating a work environment that is conducive to both the personal and professional growth of all associates by incorporating both the Creed and Core Values into the day-to-day operation of the store.

The successful Manager will be capable of working with little or no direct supervision, be computer literate, will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be analytical, good decision-making abilities, responsible for either performing or following-up on all delegated tasks and lead by example.
