**About the job**

Apex Logistics, a leading international freight forwarder and logistics provider worldwide, is currently seeking an Air Freight Operation, reporting to Operations Manager based on Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1G2.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute Air cargo shipments, preparing all necessary transport documents;
- Responsible for coordinating domestic and international Air cargo shipments from end to end;
- Interact with customers on phone; provide shipment status, customs regulations and procedures; handle customer complaints and concerns;
- Prioritize work according to urgency and importance;
- Build close, strong relationships with all our customers, overseas agents and service providers;
- Complete processing of all documentation required including invoicing and import declaration if required;
- Conduct research and analysis of routes using historical data, reports and reviews;
- Day to day operations include dealing with customers, customs clearance & other reports and administration duties.
- Ensure all quality control procedures are updated and adhered to;
- Perform other duties as assigned;
**Qualifications**
- 3+ years’ experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry
- Minimum relevant bachelor’s degree or college diploma
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, strong communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluently Bilingual-English, Mandarin an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
