**Overview**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Exhibit effective time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed promptly during shifts.
- Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries via phone or in-store communication.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in convenience store sales or cashiering is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility is advantageous.
