- **Duties & Responsibilities**_

The Sales Associate is a full-time position (40 hours a week, Monday-Friday) compensated annually, between $45,000 - $60,000, based on experience. The initial role of the Sales Associate is to perform an inside sales role while growing the social selling component of the company. Initial duties and responsibilities may include:

- Product knowledge training to confidently provide technical sales support;
- Supporting business development activities to expand Perfect Surfaces’ client base;
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities;
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing customers;
- Collaborating with the Sales team to meet sales targets.
- **Skills & Qualifications**_
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal;
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport and relationships;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is required;
- Minimum one year of customer service experience is required;
- Minimum one year of social selling experience is required.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
