Distex M&M Inc. is a leading distributor of commercial and institutional kitchen equipment. Our company, located in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, is expanding rapidly and we are looking for a Digital marketer to join our team.

What is a Digital marketer at Distex?

The incumbent of this multifunctional position will have the following tasks to perform:

- Suggest marketing strategies for each brand;
- Update websites while improving user experience (UX);
- Campaign management: plan, execute and track campaigns using analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), prepare reports on campaign performance and present results to stakeholders.
- Social network management: publish, moderate and interact with subscribers on various social platforms;
- Content creation: collaborate on the creation of compelling content for websites, blogs and social networks (videos, articles, ads, etc.);
- SEO and SEM: optimize content for search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns;
- Brand management: ensure that designs respect visual identity and corporate guidelines.
- Team coordination: work closely with other departments (sales, design, etc.) to ensure brand and message consistency, as well as for event and trade show planning;
- Competitive intelligence: analyze competitors' actions and market trends to adapt strategies;
- Technology watch: keep abreast of design trends, new technologies and tools.
- Perform all other related tasks linked to the company's marketing activities.

What are we looking for?

You must be bilingual (French/English mandatory), organized, dynamic, resourceful and autonomous, and able to manage several projects at the same time. You must have good computer (Office Suite) and graphic design skills (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop an asset), as well as a good knowledge of digital platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, etc.). It's also preferable if you have a valid driver's license (mandatory) and access to a car.

Do you have a college diploma or bachelor's degree (minimum) in marketing and 2-3 years' experience in a similar position? Great Do you have customer service experience? Even better Are you interested in the restaurant industry? If you can answer yes to these questions, this job is for you
