Digital Analytics Specialist

**DESCRIPTION** Reporting to the Senior Digital Product & eCommerce Manager, the Digital Analytics Specialist is responsible for delivering all digital analytics requirements for the business, maintaining digital analytics platforms, and providing insights to the business through regular reporting. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Develop and implement digital analytics strategies to support business objectives - Create and deliver regular reports and dashboards to company stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimizing business needs - Leverage analytical talent to deliver analyses and recommendations using both descriptive and predictive techniques - Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behaviours and events by measuring identified KPIs to assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives and identify areas for optimization - Work with marketing teams to assess the impact of campaigns and recommend adjustments to optimize campaign performance based on data analysis. - Collaborate with UX/UI expert to identify areas for improvement in website and app design, providing recommendations to increase user engagement and satisfaction - Other related tasks & responsibilities related to the position **COMPETENCIES** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, or related fields - 3 to 5 years of as a Digital Analytics Specialist or other related position - Bilingual, both oral and written - A background in developing and programming an asset - Proficient in the use of digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, or similar) - Strong analytical skills with a good sense of discernment - Demonstrates a high level of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work both autonomously and within a team **BENEFITS** - Generous PTO policy - Health & Dental Insurance - Pension Contribution - Bi-annual Bonus Structure - Wellness Program - Career Growth & Development Opportunities - Hybrid Work Schedule **ABOUT SCHLUTER-SYSTEMS CANADA** Schluter®-Systems is a family-owned and internationally renowned company that has been rapidly growing over the last 10 years.
