Marketing Intern - Real Estate Tech (Ads, Creative & Data)

We're not another CRM or funnel—we’re building seller-first experiences that actually convert. Now, we're looking for a sharp, curious intern to support our lean marketing team.

This is a **hands-on** internship where you’ll get real exposure to digital advertising, content production, and performance marketing—not just watch from the sidelines.

What You’ll Do

**1. Launch & Learn Paid Ads**
- Assist in running ad campaigns across **Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn**:

- Help write ad copy, select visuals, and build targeting audiences
- Learn to optimize ads based on performance insights and testing

**2. Support Content & Creative**
- Collaborate on the creation of ads, social media content, and landing pages
- Optional: edit short-form videos or reels for paid/organic use
- Ensure all content matches brand voice and performance goals

**3. Work With Real Data**
- Help structure **first-party data** collection from leads and campaigns
- Set up **retargeting funnels** and audience segments using ad platform tools
- Assist in basic reporting and performance tracking

**4. Learn Technical Tools**
- Gain exposure to conversion tracking, pixels, tags, and analytics
- Help troubleshoot and improve ad setups across platforms

You’re a Fit If You:

- Are a student or recent grad in marketing, media, comms, or business
- Want **practical experience** in digital strategy, not just theory
- Are a strong communicator with an eye for great creative
- Bonus: have experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere, or Meta Ads Manager
