Digital Analyst

**DESCRIPTION** Reporting to the Senior Digital Product & eCommerce Manager, the Digital Analyst is responsible for delivering all digital analytics requirements for the business, maintaining digital analytics platforms, and providing insights to the business through regular reporting, using the Google Analytics 4 (GA4) platform. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Develop and implement digital analytics strategies to support business objectives - Create and deliver regular reports and dashboards to company stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimizing business needs - Leverage analytical talent to deliver analyses and recommendations using both descriptive and predictive techniques - Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behaviours and events by measuring identified KPIs to assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives and identify areas for optimization - Work with marketing teams to assess the impact of campaigns and recommend adjustments to optimize campaign performance based on data analysis. - Collaborate with UX/UI expert to identify areas for improvement in website and app design, providing recommendations to increase user engagement and satisfaction - Other related tasks & responsibilities related to the position **COMPETENCIES** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, or related fields - 3 to 5 years of as a Digital Analyst or other related position - Bilingual, both oral and written - Proficient user of Google Analytics 4 - A background in developing and programming an asset - Strong analytical skills with a good sense of discernment - Demonstrates a high level of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work both autonomously and within a team **BENEFITS** - Generous PTO policy - Health & Dental Insurance - Pension Contribution - Bi-annual Bonus Structure - Wellness Program - Career Growth & Development Opportunities - Hybrid Work Schedule **ABOUT SCHLUTER-SYSTEMS CANADA** Schluter®-Systems is a family-owned and internationally renowned company that has been rapidly growing over the last 10 years.
