**Expected Hours of Work**:
This is a full-time onsite position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Fridays.

**Responsibilities/Duties**:

- Provide product pricing and delivery information.
- Respond to inquiries and process orders and follow up to expedite same.
- Receive and enter orders and quotes and follow up as necessary.
- Work closely with production to coordinate special delivery commitments.
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service

**Requirements**:

- College Diploma/Certificate or University Degree/Certificate.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and technical inclination.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to perform in a fast paced, multi-tasking, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literacy, specifically in MS Word for windows, spreadsheets, and presentation software (experience in EPICOR is an asset)
- Fluency in English is required in both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Spanish would be asset.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
