Van der Graaf is an internationally recognized manufacturer of high precision, heavy duty and efficient power transmission equipment for the conveyor industry with modern manufacturing plants in United States, Canada and Europe.

We are currently recruiting to fill an Order Entry Clerk position. We are looking for a mature individual with mechanical aptitude possessing experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide product pricing and delivery information.
- Respond to inquiries and process orders and follow up to expedite same.
- Receive and enter orders and quotes and follow up as necessary.
- Work closely with production to coordinate special delivery commitments.
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service.

**Job Requirements**:

- Mechanical aptitude and technical inclination.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to perform in a fast paced, multi-tasking, team oriented environment.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- College Diploma/Certificate or University Degree/Certificate.
- Computer literacy, specifically in MS Word for windows, spreadsheets, and presentation software (experience in EPICOR is an asset).
- Bilingual - English / Spanish

**Expected Hours of Work**:
This is a full-time onsite position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Fridays
