Regional Business Manager

**Responsibilities will include**:
- Establishing annual regional and territory level business plans to deliver on sales and market share and field promo budget spend targets as established in the annual plan and forecasts.
- Delivering on all regional sales force efficiency Key Performance Indicators, ie: call activity, reach and frequency and omnichannel targets.
- Delivering and advancing culture of customer centricity and Everyday Integrity by leading 100% compliance with the CRM deployment metrics, Healthcare Compliance, expense, samples and training SOPs, standards, and timelines
- Owning the delivery of a highly differentiated Janssen Experience and deepening customer dedication by personally engaging with priority customers in the region
- Uncovering market insights through interaction with customers; developing a deep understanding of regional unmet needs and translating into relevant and mutually beneficial solutions
- Prioritizing coaching and understanding of regional needs through spending 60% of time in the field with Territory Managers and Customers. Deliver and implement a deliberate coaching effort to advance Territory Managers’ commercial competence, competitive selling skills and omnichannel proficiency
**Qualifications**
- A minimum of a University degree in business, Life Sciences or related Health Sciences discipline strongly preferred. MBA an asset.
- 8-10 years diverse healthcare-related industry experience required, experience in Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and planning skills; able to adapt to changing priorities and manage complexity with solid decision making
- Strong interdependent partnering ability, including the ability to work with all levels and functions of the organization
- Demonstrated track record of successful business growth through customer engagement and innovation is required.
- Experience in the cardiovascular-metabolism and/or neuroscience therapeutic area an asset
- Strong analytical capability and proven command of driving business decisions with data
