Change Management Consultant

Your responsibilities could include, but are not limited to: - ** Analysis and development** of business "critical success factors" - ** Analysis and development** of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping, and training - Leading other functional staff to define **business strategy** and **processes** in support of **transformation** and **change management activities** - Participating in **change impact analysis** and **change management activities** - Contributing to **organizational realignment**, including **job redesign** and **organizational restructuring** - ** Coordinating development of training** and working with other stakeholders - Creating **presentations**, presenting to various stakeholders, and facilitating meetings and discussions **Experience levels we are currently hiring For**: - ** Level 1**: Less than 5 years of experience - ** Level 2**: 5 to 10 years of experience - ** Level 3**: 10 or more years of experience **Skills Required**: - ** Change Management**: 4+ years of experience - ** PROSCI Change Management Certification** - ** Change Management for Technology Adoption** - ** Strategic Change** - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred. - Proven experience in change management, preferably within Fintech/ consulting space. - Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Project management experience is a plus. - Certifications in change management are highly desirable (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) - ** Bilingual** - Conversational (French/English) - ** Bilingual** - Fluent (French/English) **Additional Information**: Please include any certifications, industry knowledge, and technologies/modules you have worked with.
