**Role Overview**

As a **Change Management Consultant**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transition and adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working at Metrolinx. This position requires strong stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and execution of change management strategies.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

8+ years’ experience with change strategy development
8+ years’ experience in communication and training planning/execution
8+ years’ experience in stakeholder management and relationship building
8+ years’ experience collaborating with project teams on large-scale change initiatives
8+ years’ experience with change management project metrics and reporting

**Key Responsibilities**

Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with project goals
Conduct readiness assessments and impact analyses to identify key focus areas
Create structured change roadmaps integrating communication, training, and engagement plans
Identify key stakeholders, address concerns, and foster strong relationships
Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure adoption of changes
Work with teams to develop training materials and facilitate workshops
Track and report change management metrics (adoption rates, employee engagement, etc.)
Collaborate with project teams to align change initiatives with broader program objectives

**Qualifications & Skills**

Minimum **8 years of experience** in change management (preferably large-scale digital transformation)
**PROSCI or Lean Change Management Certification** (preferred)
Strong understanding of **digital technologies and business operations**
**Excellent communication & presentation skills**
Proficiency in **change management frameworks and methodologies**

**Application Process**

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 41 days

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.25 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5J 2N8
