**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reception duties including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries and assisting clients
- Drafting documents, letters and dealing with various correspondence
- Scanning of file documents and maintenance of filing systems
- Inputting financial information into insolvency software and creating formal documents
- Various other duties to assist the administrative staff

**Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge**:

- Minimum 1-2 years office experience as an Administrator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A second language would be an asset
- Excellent typing skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Prior insolvency, legal or financial office work an asset but not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
