At this time, we are searching for an energetic administrative professional for part time hours including evening and Saturdays shifts as needed, with additional hours coordinating administration duties. Familiarity with Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Medical Spa Treatments an asset.
This is a client focused role and it is essential that you feel comfortable in a fast paced environment; maintaining composure and professionalism while supporting clients with their questions and concerns. We are looking for a new team member that enjoys administrative tasks, learning new skills, and working alongside an amazing team of healthcare workers. Additionally, you must feel comfortable working independently and as part of the team.
**Primary Duties of the position**:
- Scheduling appointments using online appointment booking software (Jane App)
- Processing payment using POS System and/or cash handling
- Accurately submitting online claims to clients’ extended healthcare benefits plans
- Providing exemplary customer service to all clients and visitors, as well as other team members
- Communicate in a mature, clear, professional manner
- Welcoming all visitors to our clinic in a pleasant manner
- Regular tidying and cleaning of the clinic, restocking/inventory of supplies
- Demonstrate strong data entry skills
- Be flexible to cover vacation and sick days for other receptionists when needed

Up to approx. 20 hours per week to start with flexible working availability a must.
