**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct customer phone calls and respond to text messages.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Manage and order office supplies to ensure the smooth operation of the dealership.
- Coordinate and oversee social media responses and content on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google.
- Train and support reception staff to ensure high service standards.
- Uphold and enforce the dealership’s professional image and representation.
- Act as a central point of contact to foster a positive environment for employees and customers.
- Ensure all interactions reflect Richmond Volkswagen’s commitment to being the #1 Volkswagen dealership.
**Qualifications**:
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proven track record of exceeding customer expectations in a professional setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, train, and inspire team members.
- Familiarly with MS Office products
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content coordination.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is an asset.
