Quality Supervisor

**Position Overview**:
**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and CSA N299.3 standards.
- Conduct internal audits, manage external audits, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead efforts in process control, inspection, and testing procedures to ensure product compliance with specifications and regulations. Support and create Quality Core Documentation such as Control Plans/FMEA/PPAP/GR&R.
- Maintain quality documentation and records, including control of non-conforming products.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve operational performance.
- Train and support staff in quality practices and QMS compliance.
- Analyze quality data, create reports, and present findings to senior leadership.
- Manage supplier quality, including qualification, audits, and performance evaluation.
- Propose improvements to the production process.
- Monitor equipment usage to ensure safety and discard any that do not meet requirements.
- Keep measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs.
- Use gauges (such as calipers and micrometers) to measure products. Perform inspections on Raw/In process and finished goods.
- Assist in the development of test methods and inspection plans, they determine the causes of product defects and reworks.

**Your skills and abilities that make you stand out**:

- A quality leader with 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Deep knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001:2015 and CSA N299.3.
- GD&T training and experience.
- A proactive problem-solver who knows how to implement effective systems and get results.
- Someone who’s equally comfortable in meetings and on the production floor who is Hands-on, self-motivated with a detail-focused approach.
- A team player who can train, mentor, and elevate our quality culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certified internal auditor (ISO 9001 and/or CSA N299 preferred).
- Proficiency in root cause analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
