We are looking for a customer service person to join our team.

Your role will be to offer support within the customer service department.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Provide assistance to the Sales Department and our Customers by acting on a variety of requests including, but not limited to:
**Order Entry**
- Printing, entering, and confirming and /or cancelling all orders for E-Comm and Brick & Mortar accounts
- Working in customer portals to respond to inquiries and/or tickets
- Continuous review of customer vendor agreements to ensure correct procedures are followed

**Service**
- Assisting with assembly questions and /or any product inquires
- Authorizing return and /or discount authorizations
- Analyzing case by case issues, problem solving to ensure complete customer satisfaction

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Proven work experience in customer service.
- Previous experience working with major retailers, experience working in customer portals would be an asset.
- Demonstrate intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Must be bilingual
- Clerical and data entry skills.
- Strong sense of organization.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be a team player.
