- Maintain a positive, respectful, and solution-oriented approach
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Previous experience in **customer service, call center, or client support** is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and comfort using office software
- Ability to multitask and remain organized
- Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

**Work Schedule & Environment**
- Full-time, weekday schedule (Monday to Friday)
- Day shifts only
- Office-based position in Laval, QC
- Supportive onboarding and ongoing coaching
