Ticket Sales Executive

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers through various channels to promote ticket sales for events.
- Utilize business development strategies to identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct inside sales activities, including telemarketing and follow-up calls, to convert leads into ticket sales.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize ticket purchases.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive ticket sales.
- Stay informed about upcoming events, pricing structures, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

**Skills**:

- Strong business development acumen with a focus on inside sales techniques.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
- Experience in technical or technology sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for tracking sales activities.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with telemarketing practices and strategies.
- A proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $55,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
