A new career is just a click away **Element5** is looking for a **Material Handler**, to join our team on the afternoon shift

Workdays/Hours**:Monday - Thursday (3:00 PM to 1:30 AM)**

Element5 specializes in the design, fabrication and assembly of modern timber buildings. We work with solid wood, the world’s most versatile and only renewable building resource

**Education And Experience**:

- Forklift experience and certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program is required
- Crane experience with heavy loading to load transports is required
- Certificate or satisfactory completion of crane training program is required
- Six months forklift operation experience required
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- **What You Need To Work As a Materials Handler**:

- CSA approved Safety Shoes
- We will supply the rest of the PPE required

**Qualifications And Skills**:

- Physically load product onto equipment, pallets or totes
- Put-away and pick product for shipment or stock
- Ensure the exact number and type of products, within the production order, are checked and loaded correctly
- Compare the quantity, quality, labeling, and address with the production order to ensure equipment loading is complete and correct
- Changes equipment battery or LP tank and monitors power source as necessary
- Maintain the facility and the facility's equipment in a neat, clean, orderly fashion. Inspect all operated equipment daily
- Complete daily inspection of equipment
- Assist in physical inventories
- Helping package materials utilizing overhead cranes as well as forklifts
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Utilize 20T overhead crane to load and unload CNC machines, load sledges shipments on trucks and remove billets from the production line

Pay: From $21.63 per hour
