Provides clear, concise, and constructive feedback on game features within the designated time by working closely with all team members and ensuring continuous monitoring of the project status.
- Verifies game elements including functionality, data content, performance, playability, and hardware/software compatibility.
- Reports daily task progress, escalates blockers and high priority issues, learns daily priorities, answers questions related to bugs or QA tasks.
- Acts as point of contact for QA outsource partners working with the studio, as well as our publisher.
- Coordinates QA efforts, provides guidance and best practices for outsourcing QA teams, and establishes consistent processes with all partners. Ultimately, signs off on all release.
- Represents Sweet Bandits Studios and its interests in meetings.

**Qualifications**
- Familiar with multiplayer games,
- Familiar with the video game industry and production pipeline,
- Excellent sense of observation and analytical skills,
- Understanding of core differences in between game platforms,
- Proficient in JIRA or other bug tracking tools,
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in written form (English/French).
