Generac Grid Services is seeking an Electric Vehicle (EV) Program Manager with an understanding of utility demand management programs who will be responsible for ensuring the successful rollout of Generac Grid Services’ EV monitoring and control program. This role will be responsible for initiating new EV monitoring programs with utilities, managing the ongoing operations of the EV programs, answering customer and utility questions, and managing inventory related to EV monitoring devices. When necessary, this role will escalate issues within Generac Grid Services and coordinate the support response with relevant stakeholders.

Oversee lifecycle deployment of electric vehicle data collection and monitoring program
Serve as primary point of contact with utility customers to setup initial program parameters, help answer marketing questions, assist with participant recruitment, answer questions related to data, distribute incentives to participating customers, respond to participant questions, facilitate reporting
Serve as a liaison with internal product development team to ensure that product meets minimum viable product standards and meets customer’s expectations
Work closely with Operations team to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timelines
Work with third party logistics operator to oversee product inventory and shipping

**Minimal Qualifications**:
5+ years prior experience in a program management role
Excellent program management skills
Ability to manage customer relationships

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience working with utilities
Experience with inventory management, ability to forecast product needs, order additional product as needed, manage third party logistics operator
Experience with data management and presentment

**Knowledge**:
Familiarity with electric load management practices and techniques
Familiarity with electric vehicles, onboard telematics, and electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Will be required to work at heights within a lift to support infrastructure hardware installs and troubleshooting events. Up to 10% travel and valid Driver’s License required.
