**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Marmon Industrial Water is currently seeking a hard working, enthusiastic individual to join our **Aftermarket Equipment Parts & Services Sales **team to communicate with our customers to identify new business opportunities and respond to their requests for all parts and services related to industrial water treatment systems for a global customer base. Training will be provided.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Education: University or College Degree with a technical or business focus.
- Work Experience: Relevant experience in a sales and/or business development role.
- Knowledge: Desire to learn about industrial water treatment equipment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide timely quotations to customers on our complete product line of parts/services.
- Provide high quality customer service and furnish information to customer requests in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Act as a technical consultant to assess customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Build long term customer relationships through regular communication.
- Generate sales leads, follow up on quotations and finalize orders.
- Accurate order entry and processing of orders.
- Utilize and maintain our customer database to manage and support all sales efforts.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to support revenue growth.

**REQUIRED CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS**:

- Understands and interprets engineered drawings to help support the technical aspects of the daily sales efforts.
- Produces a consistency in quality of work; performance level is of high caliber.
- Responds exceptionally well to urgent issues in fast paced environments.
- Be detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- A promising high achiever and highly motivated.
- Well organized, effective time management and superior communication skills.
- Strong ability to learn independently and through job specific training.
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually on multifaceted tasks and projects.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
