**Summary**

As a Territory Manager at Universal Parts Plus, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships within your designated territory. This role is crucial to our mission of providing exceptional service and support to our customers while expanding our market presence.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in your territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through effective account management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients regarding our products and services.
- Lead initiatives to enhance business development efforts within the territory.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the parts or service industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in outside sales is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in a sales environment.

Pay: $50,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
