**Role Overview**:
As the Digital Marketing Specialist at Tripshepherd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital footprint and driving user engagement as we prepare for our global app launch. Your expertise will directly impact the success of our app launch and the company’s growth. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Working closely with the marketing and creative teams, you will manage social media posting and engagement, leverage your expertise in paid social media, Google Ads, and SEO to increase brand visibility, and drive app downloads. **Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Paid Advertising Campaigns (Priority Task)**
- Campaign Strategy and Execution:

- Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads for effective campaign management.
- Performance Optimization:

- Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and user acquisition targets.
- Audience Targeting:

- Develop precise audience segmentation using data analytics to reach and engage the right users.
- Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage potential users.
- Budget Management:

- Manage and allocate campaign budgets efficiently to optimize spend across channels.

**2. Social Media Management**:

- Content Planning and Scheduling:

- Develop and maintain a social media calendar using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Engaging Content Creation:

- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling posts, stories, and reels that align with Tripshepherd’s brand and marketing goals.
- Community Engagement:

- Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a strong online community.
- Platform Optimization:

- Tailor content to suit each platform’s unique audience and format for maximum engagement.

**3. SEO and Website Optimization**:

- Keyword Research and Strategy:

- Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush or Moz to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
- Content Optimization:

- Collaborate with the content team to ensure web content is optimized for SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page strategies.
- Performance Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.

**4. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Data Analysis:

- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) to track campaign performance and user engagement.
- Reporting:

- Develop detailed reports and dashboards to share insights, campaign results, and recommendations with the team and stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Strategy:

- Utilize performance data to refine and improve digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

**5. Collaboration and Strategy**:

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with the creative, content, and development teams to align digital marketing efforts with brand messaging and visual identity.
- Support App Launch:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to ensure a successful app launch and sustained growth.
- Meet KPIs such as user acquisition targets, engagement rates, and app download goals.
- Strategic Input:

- Contribute to overall marketing strategies with insights and recommendations based on campaign performance and market trends.

**Qualifications**

**Experience**
- Digital Marketing Expertise:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing paid social media campaigns, Google Ads, SEO strategies, and social media management.
- Campaign Management:

- Proven experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and familiarity with tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
