**The Challenge**:
We are looking for an experienced **Marketing Operations Manager** to join our rock-star marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for enabling the Marketing team's vision by creating a foundation of strategy, structure, and process that empowers us to achieve high-level growth and performance goals.

This role reports to the VP of Demand & Growth.

**What You'll Do**:

- Manage the marketing automation platform, set up and sync to CRM, and the day-to-day operational programs and integrations, including monitoring and updating lead score programs, activity alerts, program workflows, and webhooks
- Oversee the marketing database and segmentation strategy and implement/maintain processes to ensure quality data
- Own and collaborate with the Salesforce administrator on the data architecture and data synchronization between Hubspot and Salesforce to ensure accurate and up-to-date data
- Work with our marketing and sales teams to become an expert on the company's lead funnel and demand waterfall — from web visitor to customer and everything in between
- Manage the strategy and day-to-day optimization and updates of the corporate website, collaborating with Content Marketing and Product Marketing for relevant messaging to focus on conversions
- Utilize web analytics tools to optimize website traffic and conversions
- Maintain existing marketing technology and integrate new tools and processes to drive optimization and automation
- Act as a thought partner in developing engagement strategies and technology investments
- Collaborate with web-dev and other contractors

**Who You Are**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing in a SaaS environment (marketing operations, analytics, and/or automation is preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience.
- Recent experience with marketing automation, website management, and reporting software.
- Robust reporting and data analysis skills.
- Understanding of analytics tools, funnel tracking, and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical capabilities and a desire to improve processes.
- Ability to problem solve/troubleshoot operational issues.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
- Ability and willingness to learn new processes, technologies, and tactics in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience with Marketing Automation (Hubspot certification is a plus), Salesforce, WordPress, Google products (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, Data Studio), and intent-based tools (Bombora, 6sense).
