TransferEASE Relocation Inc. is looking for a Relocation Administrator to join our team.

The successful individual is: organized; can prioritize daily tasks; possesses strong follow up skills; meets critical deadlines and supports the day-to-day busy operational team.

You will work with our Consultants to monitor and update the file status and run reports to ensure all tasks are accurately completed. You will also prepare documentation and follow up with suppliers to ensure we meet committed timelines as well as review and process invoices.. It is critical to ensure real estate transactions are confirmed and are completed properly and on time.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and current supplier data and tracking Service Level Agreements. Register all services on-line in custom program. Prepare property management orders and follow up to ensure completion of all services

**Qualifications**:

- Real Estate, Property or Rental Management experience and is eager to expand their skills and knowledge
- Experience in working with Custom and Microsoft programs including advanced Excel
- Critical Time management and Follow-up skills
- College or Human Resources experience preferred.
- Bilingual or other languages a benefit.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$79,333.08 per year
