As a Service Advisor, you will be the bridge between our customers and our service technicians. You will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, recommending services, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service process. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates, accurate service estimates, and a clear explanation of service work performed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and listen to their service needs or concerns.
- Provide accurate estimates for service work, including parts and labor.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service queue efficiently.
- Communicate with technicians about job status and customer concerns.
- Explain service work and any recommendations for additional services to customers.
- Process service orders and manage billing and payments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service work.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive service and repair.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with service scheduling and billing software.
- Valid driver's license.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Lindsay, ON K9V 4N1 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Lindsay, ON K9V 4N1: Relocate before starting work (required)
