We are currently seeking a **Service Advisor** to join our team at **Boyer Chevrolet Lindsay**

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service while addressing their vehicle needs.
- Discuss vehicle maintenance and repairs with customers, offering clear estimates and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure services are completed on time and keep customers updated.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty issues professionally.
- Offer advice on maintenance and repair options tailored to customer needs.
- Support promotional efforts to encourage repeat business and build long-term customer relationships.
- Follow company policies and health and safety regulations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain services clearly.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Familiarity with automotive services and maintenance.
- Comfortable using computer systems to manage records and transactions.
- Well-organized with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lindsay, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
