**Role Overview**: The Service Advisor is the cornerstone of customer engagement and operational efficiency. This role demands a results-driven individual who excels in building trust, maintaining relationships, and creating a seamless customer experience. While technical knowledge is helpful, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to excellence are the keys to success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Customer Engagement**:

- Actively listen to customers, interpret concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
- Educate customers on necessary and recommended repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics.
- Build lasting relationships through trust, transparency, and follow-up communication.

**2) Sales & Scheduling**:

- Effectively sell repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services.
- Schedule appointments to maximize shop productivity and customer convenience.
- Maintain a balanced and efficient dispatch of repair work to technicians.

**3) Operational Support**:

- Prepare detailed estimates and repair orders using shop management software.
- Coordinate seamlessly with technicians, customers, and management to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Order and track parts to minimize delays and disruptions.

**4) Customer Service Excellence**:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, finding solutions that prioritize satisfaction.
- Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**5) Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with online and classroom training to improve knowledge and customer service skills.

**Position Impact**: The Service Advisor is integral to the shop’s success. By ensuring technician productivity, maintaining organization, and fostering customer trust, the Service Advisor plays a pivotal role in driving shop growth and customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
