**Your Part in it**:
Working out of our Mississauga, ON office, we are looking for a driven individual to liaison with key stakeholder groups. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with various warehouses, coordinating incoming and outgoing products to be shipped, as well as notifying customers, receivers, or shippers about any incoming products or orders. This role requires someone with exemplary communication, organization and relationship-building skills.

We teach you the tools and skills necessary to operate in the transportation industry by utilizing our own proprietary technology. Traffic Tech is growing exponentially, and we are seeking motivated, enthusiastic talent committed to providing exceptional customer service and delivering the extraordinary.

Logistics Booking Agent

**What the Job Entails**:

- Communicating with various warehouses
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing products to ship
- Keeping track of paperwork, exchange, BOL exchanges and costs
- Coordinating and notifying customers, receivers or shippers of their incoming products
- Working independently or in large groups to complete required tasks

- Problem solving, ability to think outside the box
- Detail oriented
- TT Interdepartmental savvy, not required for external hires, but if internal recruits it’s a key.
- Excel savvy, pivot table expert
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage stress
- Able to work independent or in large groups.
