**Are you passionate about logistics and Airfreight operations?**
At Core Logistics, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Air/Ocean Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will coordinate international air shipments, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods. You’ll serve as a crucial link between customers, airlines, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- **Air Shipment Coordination**:
Arrange airfreight bookings, confirm flight schedules, and coordinate with carriers for timely uplift and delivery.
- **Customs Documentation & Clearance**:
Prepare and verify shipping documentation (MAWB, HAWB, invoices, etc.) to ensure smooth customs clearance.
- **Client Communication**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding airfreight import/export updates, issues, and requirements.
- **Quotation & Rate Management**:
Generate accurate quotations for airfreight services based on carrier rates, fuel surcharges, and destination charges.
- **Shipment Tracking & Updates**:
Monitor flights, track shipments, proactively communicate delays, and resolve any in-transit issues.
- **Problem Resolution**:
Address exceptions, customs holds, and delivery discrepancies swiftly and professionally.
- **Compliance & Recordkeeping**:
Ensure full compliance with airline, CBSA/CBP, and international trade regulations while maintaining accurate records.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in airfreight logistics or freight forwarding.
- Strong understanding of air cargo procedures, IATA regulations, and customs requirements.
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with a strong customer-service orientation.
- Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., CargoWise, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
