**Les qualifications **:Nous préférons un diplôme de 4 ans et une expérience de travail dans le domaine de la vente industrielle ou dans le domaine des services et du développement des affaires. Doit avoir une bonne compréhension de la prospection commerciale ainsi que des aptitudes de base en mécanique et en électricité. De bonnes compétences orales, écrites et des connaissances approfondies en informatique sont requises.
La responsabilité principale des représentants des ventes est de développer la zone de marché spécifiée pour de nouvelles opportunités de vente de contrats et le suivi dans le système TruConnect. Dans certaines conditions, le représentant des ventes peut être chargé de renouveler les contrats attribués. L'objectif principal est d'attirer de nouveaux clients de service et de nouvelles occasions de vente dans des secteurs de marché ciblés, selon les directives de la Direction. Selon la base locale de clients, d'autres ressources de vente peuvent être affectées aux ventes de services des comptes existants. Dans ce cas, une coordination avec d'autres ressources commerciales est nécessaire.

Voici les responsabilités spécifiques additionnelles de ce poste:

- **Nouvelle entente du développement des affaires/et comptes ciblés de développement. **Une liste de comptes ciblés peut être fournie ou préparée par le représentant pour faire des offres, des appels ou des visites à la recherche de nouvelles occasions d'affaires dans le cadre de l'entente. La réalisation des objectifs sera déterminée au début de la liste et des rapports de progrès mensuels seront requis et toutes les visites seront enregistrées dans le système CRM pour atteindre les objectifs mensuels.
- **Renouvellement des ententes**:Certains comptes assignés sont la responsabilité du représentant de renouveler. Les clients qui refusent de renouveler peuvent être assignés au représentant des ventes pour prendre en charge le processus de renouvellement. Une telle évaluation aura lieu pendant la réunion des opérations et/ou des ventes.
- **Gestion de l'entonnoir CRM**:Les entonnoirs et les cas de vente dans le système CRM doivent être gérés et mis à jour quotidiennement. Tous les registres des visites, des appels, des réunions, des devis doivent être visibles dans le système CRM et discutés lors d'une réunion hebdomadaire des ventes avec le District/Directeur de la succursale.
- Les attentes pour respecter **les quotas de ventes mensuels minimum et la taille de l'entonnoir CRM.**:

- **Aider dans le cadre d'autres initiatives de relations avec la clientèle ou de recouvrement.**

Il peut être exigé d’appuyer les problèmes de recouvrement de la clientèle ou d'autres

aspects de la gestion des relations avec la clientèle.
- Autres tâches attribuées par le superviseur.

AGREEMENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE

**Qualifications**:Prefer a 4-year degree and past work experience within Industrial sales or service related/Business Development. Must have a strong understanding of sales prospecting as well as basic mechanical and electrical aptitude. Good verbal, written and strong computer skills are required.

The Sales Representatives primary responsibility is developing the given market area for new agreement sales opportunities. In certain conditions, the Sales Representative may be tasked to renew assigned agreements or sell planned repairs (perform the service review)/light lifting equipment as needed. The primary focus is to bring in new Service Customers and sales opportunities/leads in targeted market areas as directed by Management. Depending upon the local base of customers, there may be other sales resources allocated to Service Sales of existing accounts. In this case, coordination with other Sales resources is required.

**Below are the additional specific responsibilities of this position**:
** New Agreement Business Development/Target Development Account**: A list of target accounts may be provided or developed by the representative to make offers/calls/visits in pursuit of new agreement business opportunities. A completion objective will be determined at the onset of the listing and monthly progress reporting will be required and all visits logged into CRM to meet monthly targets
- **Renewal of Agreements**: Some assigned accounts are the responsibility of the Representative to renew. Customers refusing to renew may be assigned to the Sales Rep. to take over the renewal process. Such review will take place during the Ops and/or Sales meeting.

** CRM Funnel Management**: Sales funnel and cases in CRM should be managed andmaintained daily. All record of visits, calls, meetings, quotations must be visible in CRM and discussed in weekly Sales meeting with the District/Branch Manager.
