Oakville, Canada Palermo Plus Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre Full time

**Palermo Plus Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre** is looking for a part-time clinic receptionist.

We are dynamic multidisciplinary clinic of Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturist, & Chiropodists.. The clinic opened in July of 2014 and has been growing rapidly ever since.

**Salary**:$16.00 - $17.00

**Location**: Oakville / Burlington Border - Bronte Rd & Dundas Rd

**Duties** may include, but are not limited to:

- Scheduling/booking patient appointments
- Extended health insurance billing
- Creating patient files and interacting with patients
- Answering phone calls
- Scanning files into the electronic medical records system
- Light laundry duties

**Experience**:

- Clinical receptionist experience is preferred, but not required
- At least one year of reception experience
- Experience working on Universal software will be an asset, but not required

**Requirements**:

- Must be cooperative and respectful of the clinic policies
- Must enjoy working with a culturally diverse patient population and treat every patient with the highest level of kindness and respect at all times
- Must be a team player

**Clinic Hours of Operation**

Monday - Thursday 9:00 - 20:00

Friday 10:00 - 18:00

Saturday 8:00 - 13:00
