At our Oakville location, we are looking for a dynamic and driven **Sales Coordinator & Concierge Lead** to support our front-of-house operations, support weekend performance, support our maintenance team, and drive membership growth through strong sales leadership.

**Position Summary**:
The **Sales Coordinator & Concierge Lead** is a hybrid leadership and sales role responsible for managing day-to-day front desk and membership operations, ensuring exceptional service experiences, and supporting the performance of both sales and maintenance teams. This individual will play a key leadership role—particularly on weekends—and will be instrumental in achieving sales targets, upholding operational standards, and fostering a motivated, member-focused team.

This position would require a full weekend commitment whereby scheduled days off would be 2 days during the week.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Membership Growth**
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals, including membership conversions, appointments booked, member referrals, and overall closing percentage.
- Lead by example in building rapport with prospective and existing members through warm, knowledgeable, and confident interactions.
- Book, verify, and track appointments using the club’s CRM and front desk systems in alignment with performance targets.
- Guide team members in best practices for sales performance, ensuring appointments and conversions meet daily and weekend benchmarks.
- Maintain accurate records of membership leads, prospects, follow-ups, and outcomes.

**Front Desk & Member Experience Oversight**
- Manage front desk operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring high service standards, efficient workflows, and effective team coverage.
- Provide coaching and direction to reception and sales associates to enhance performance and engagement.
- Handle member concerns and complaints in a professional, solutions-focused manner.
- Ensure that all administrative duties are completed accurately and in accordance with company standards.

**Weekend Club Operations Leadership**
- Serve as the senior leader on duty during weekends, overseeing all areas of club operations in the absence of senior management.
- Monitor weekend appointment volume and closing performance, ensuring accountability and high-quality execution from the team.
- Facilitate daily team check-ins and provide support across departments to ensure smooth, coordinated operations.

**Weekend Maintenance Team Supervision**
- Supervise and support maintenance staff during assigned shifts, prioritizing cleanliness, safety, and timely task completion.
- Conduct walkthroughs to assess facility upkeep, escalate urgent needs, and proactively resolve operational issues.
- Ensure adherence to cleanliness protocols and health and safety standards throughout the club.

**Performance Management & Continuous Improvement**
- Participate in and drive performance-based initiatives aimed at enhancing weekend outcomes, sales productivity, and member satisfaction.
- Track team metrics and performance, deliver real-time coaching, and work with leadership to improve systems and results.
- Contribute feedback to management regarding weekend operations and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.
- Minimum 2 years of previous supervisory or management experience, ideally within a fitness or hospitality environment.
- A strong sales background with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals.
- High-level organizational and time management skills; thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a member-first mindset.
- Computer proficiency with CRM and data entry systems.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Passion for health and fitness; basic fitness knowledge preferred.
- Reliable method of transportation

**Compensation**
- Base Salary + Commissions + Bonus

Pay: $3,000.00-$6,000.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
