**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Answering Phones:

- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Direct calls to appropriate personnel and take messages as necessary.
- Assisting Residents:

- Address resident inquiries and requests with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Provide assistance with daily needs and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Liaising with Nursing Staff:

- Communicate effectively with nursing staff to relay important information regarding residents' needs and concerns.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to support resident care.
- Greeting Visitors:

- Welcome visitors with warmth and provide them with necessary information and guidance.
- Maintain a secure environment by monitoring visitor access.
- Paperwork and Administrative Tasks:

- Complete various administrative duties, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating events or activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service or concierge role an asset.
- Familiarity with retirement residence operations is an asset.
- Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently.
- Personal Attributes:

- Friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Dependable and punctual.
