Key Responsibilities: - Tool Tracking - Keeping the shop area clean and organized - Cleaning and maintaining the yard - Pick-up/deliveries/returns - valid driver's license is mandatory - Compiling orders - General repairs Qualifications & Abilities: - Valid class 5 driver's license. - Team player with strong communication skills. - Resourceful and mechanically inclined. - Dependable and consistent in attendance, quality, and productivity. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in trades is considered an asset. Working Conditions: - Centrally located Plumbing and Heating Shop - Able to lift up to 50 pounds - Fast-paced environment requiring high attention to detail - Standing for extended periods of time - A work schedule that promotes a healthy work/life balance TYPE OF PERSON WHO WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE - High level of empathy, service, and interpersonal skills - Proactive approach to problem solving - Detail oriented, can see the smallest details, but also the big picture - Positive and outgoing, you interact in a socially engaging manner - Sense of urgency, can work quickly and independently - You are an energetic and reliable individual who is a real Team Player Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Vision care Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
